John 1 verses 12/13, God sees you as His child. 12 but to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God. 13 they are reborn—not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.
Romans 8 verses 35 to 39, you cannot be separated. 35 can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, "For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.") 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. 38 and I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love. 39 no power in the sky above or in the earth below, indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Philippians 4 verse 13, you can do all things. 13 for I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
Hebrews 4 verse 16, you can come to God in confidence. 16 so let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.
Colossians 1 verses 13/14, you can receive forgivness. 13 For He has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of His dear Son, 14 who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.
John 15 verses 15/16, you are chosen to be a friend of Jesus. 15 I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn't confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me.16 you didn't choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name.
Jeremiah 29 verse 11, He looks after your future. 11 for I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
Romans 8 verse 28, God is in control. 28 and we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
Ephesians 2 verse 10, God has planes amazing things for us. 10 for we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
Colossians 1 verses 13/14, you were brought with a price. 13 For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, 14 who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.

Consider it pure joy, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. -James 1:2
Happy New year to all who receive my prayer e-mails! These 2 scriptures are jumping out at me for the year of 2012 and beyond.
Cameron spoke out about the Bible etc, and so did the Queen in her Christmas speech, let us pray that God will move by His Spirit, stir up His church, and we will see His Kingdom begin to come in our generation!

Six ways to seek God’s guidance
1, Read the Bible. 2, Listen for God’s voice.
3, Through supernatural events. 4, Ask other people.
5, Use your common sense. 6, Prayer the most vital.
Also does it agree with the Bible? 2 Timothy 3 vs 16,
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.
Does it show love for others? 1 Corinthians 13 vs 4,
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
Does it strengthen and encourage others? Ephesians 4 vs 12,
To equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.
Do we know God’s peace? Philippians 4 verses 6 and 7,
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God, and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Remember Joshua 1 vs 8 say’s: - Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
